Design
You will be presented with our range of bathroom options to help you choose. We will then prepare detailed plans so you can see how your bathroom will look.
Installation
Our professional and skilled installation team will then work hard to craft you a fantastic bathroom.
Home Visit
To create a fantastic bathroom for you, we will need to visit your property and discuss options. By doing this, we can get to know each other and decide what kind of bathroom would suit you and your tenants. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology, which produces design layouts of your new bathroom or shower room.
Technical Survey
Although during the initial home visit we’ll take a few measurements, we’ll need to conduct a full technical survey. This enables us to design a detailed plan showing the positioning of all sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings, hot & cold water feeds and soil pipe runs.
Project Management
The Landlord Bathroom Company makes the process of installing a new bathroom a hassle-free experience. Your project will be carefully overseen by a project manager who will manage every aspect of the job in hand. From removing and disposing of your old bathroom (in a proper ecologically sound & legal manner), to organising the design, supply, installation and making good.
