Home Visit
To create a fantastic bathroom for you, we will need to visit your property and discuss options. By doing this, we can get to know each other and decide what kind of bathroom would suit you and your tenants. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology, which produces design layouts of your new bathroom or shower room.

Technical Survey
Although during the initial home visit we’ll take a few measurements, we’ll need to conduct a full technical survey. This enables us to design a detailed plan showing the positioning of all sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings, hot & cold water feeds and soil pipe runs

Binding Quotation
When you manage a bathroom installation yourself, prices can easily spiral out of control with many hidden prices and unbudgeted costs. Our quotation is easy to understand and fully inclusive of sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings, decoration, waste removal and most importantly all professional plumbing, tiling and carpentry labour costs. There will be no unexplained or hidden costs or any unexpected shocks, just the comfort of knowing exactly where you stand financially.

Occasionally we encounter the need for extra work due to unforeseen circumstances over and above that initially quoted for, this is usually where the structure or ‘fabric’ of the building itself is defective. We will always inform you immediately when it becomes apparent to us and before doing any work.
